I’ve not been updating this blog for a long time.. that’s because I’ve been busy exploring multiple ways to make money… Currently, I’m trading options and forex… I won’t say I have spectacular results… but I’ve been fairly profitable…
For options, I am primarily an option seller… I love the edge that option selling gives me (time decay, plus the fact that more than 80% of all options expire worthless)..
For forex, I am a trend trader…
For every thing that I venture into… I always ask myself one question: “What is my edge?”… It took me a long time to answer this question for forex trading… But now, I have a better idea… Maybe not the ‘correct’ answer, but I know I’m getting close… To me, trend trading and pyramiding (i.e. adding to your winning trades) make the most sense… It’s pretty much like card counting in a casino… You bet small when the odds are not in your favour, and u go all the way out (add to your winners) when the odds turn (i.e. when a trend develops)…
